By using POGO(the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use POGO.

2. Description of Service 

POGO is a productivity tool that extracts school calendar events from your emails. We provide this service “as is” and do not guarantee 100% accuracy of event extraction. It is your responsibility to verify important dates.

3. User Conduct 

You are responsible for the security of your Google Account. You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose.

4. Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5. Limitation of Liability

Meetpogo LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including missed events or scheduling errors.
